1 gallon pears, after they are ground
1 lb. onions
3 strong peppers
12 sweet peppers
1 lb. bag carrots
3 tbsp. salt
3 c. sugar
3 c. vinegar

Mix together and let come to a rolling boil. Boil for 10 minutes. Put in jars and seal.
