MELT IN YOUR MOUTH OATMEAL
COOKIES
 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. quick oatmeal
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, butter, and sugar; add flour, quick oatmeal, salt, and vanilla. Mix; let stand overnight; drop by teaspoon and flatten with fork.

Bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes. Leave on cookie sheet a minute to cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
