ARTICHOKE-RICE SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. chicken-flavored vermicelli-rice mix
1 (6 1/4 oz.) pkg. fried rice mix with almonds
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. chopped pimento-stuffed olives
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and sliced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder

Prepare rice mixes according to package directions, omitting butter. Cool. Combine rice and remaining ingredients, tossing lightly. Chill. Serves 12.
