BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. flank steak
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. sour cream, room temp.
Freshly cooked noodles or rice

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cut steak lengthwise into 1/4 inch slices. Combine meat, onion soup mix and mushroom soup in 2 quart baking dish. Cover and bake 1 hour. Stir some of the sauce into sour cream. Blend into meat mixture. Spoon over noodles or rice. Serves 5.
