HOT POTATO SALAD 
2 lbs. hash browns
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 - 2 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. corn flakes
3 tbsp. butter

Mix 1/4 cup butter, cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Heat until melted. In a greased 9"x13" pan alternate the potatoes and onions with the sauce. Fend with the sauce. Melt the 3 tablespoons butter and add corn flakes. Sprinkle on top of the sauce and potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
