2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 to 1 c. confectioners' sugar
20 oz. Oreo cookies, crushed

Container Cool Whip

Mix instant pudding with milk until well blended. Fold in container of Cool Whip. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese until blended and then add 1/2 to 1 cup confectioners' sugar. Blend with electric mixer. Combine two bowls together. Crush Oreo cookies (can put between wax paper and roll with rolling pin). Layer flower pot as follows:

Pudding - Make sure cookies are on top when finished.

Insert plastic flowers as desired (use seasonal theme). Make several hours pass before serving - or leave overnight.
