CARAMEL CHEX SNACK 
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. Karo light syrup
2/3 c. brown sugar

Boil about 6-8 minutes.

Remove from heat and add the following and stir:

1 1/2 c. Rice Chex
1 1/2 c. Corn Chex
1 c. peanuts
2 c. sm. pretzels

Put on wax paper to cool.
