CARAMEL COOKIE BARS 
40 club crackers
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips

Butter lightly 9 x 13 inch pan. Place 1/2 of the crackers whole in pan. Boil sugars, milk, butter, and crushed graham cracker crumbs for 5 minutes. Pour over club crackers. Place the rest of club crackers over mixture in pan. Melt peanut butter and chocolate chips until smooth. Spread over crackers. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
