COUNTRY - STYLE SKILLET DINNER 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. med. noodles
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 lb. Natural Swiss cheese, shredded (about 1 c.)

Preparation and cooking time: 40 minutes. In medium sized cook and serve skillet over high heat, cook meat in hot melted butter. Stir in uncooked noodles, tomato sauce, salt, sugar and pepper. Cook covered over low heat 20 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese, cover and heat until cheese is melted. Serve from skillet. Serves 6.
