FRUIT 'N NUT COUSCOUS 
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
1/2 c. dark raisins
1/8 tsp. turmeric
1 1/2 c. couscous
2 tbsp. pine nuts

In a medium saucepan, heat chicken broth, raisins and turmeric to boiling. Add couscous. Remove saucepan from heat, stir in pine nuts. Cover; let mixture stand 5 minutes. To serve, place couscous in serving bowl and fluff with fork.
