FRUIT-NUT SNACK MIX 
This high energy mix is great to take on a hike or camping trip or as a snack anytime.

1/2 c. dried apricots, cut in 1/4's
1/2 c. dates, cut in 1/2
1/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. whole almonds
1/2 c. walnut halves
1/2 c. unsalted peanuts
1/4 c. unsalted sunflower seeds

In large bowl toss together. Store in tightly covered container.
