CAKE FOR A LOW FAT DIET | |
#1: 2 egg, substitute 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 c. water #2: 2 c. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. raisins 4 c. diced apples Cream together ingredients in #1 list. Add ingredients in #2 list and beat well. Bake in 9"x9" sprayed dish for 50 to 60 minutes (test with cake tester). Excellent dessert for people on a low fat diet. |
