CHICKEN POT PIE 
4-6 pieces chicken
1 med. onion, chopped
3-4 carrots, sliced
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 med. can drained green peas
Canned biscuits or mix to make 6-8 biscuits
Salt and pepper to taste
Sm. amount flour for gravy

Cover chicken parts with water; add onion, carrots, sage, parsley, paprika. Boil approximately 30 minutes or until chicken is done. Remove chicken but retain liquid. Cool chicken and remove bones. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Remove carrots from liquid. Place chicken, carrots and peas in a casserole dish.

Mix flour and water to make paste for gravy and add to hot liquid in pan. Stir until thickened. May need to add more paprika for color. Pour over chicken and carrots in dish. Use canned biscuits or biscuit mix for 6-8 biscuits. Place these on top of chicken mixture and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are browned.
