CHERRY CHRISTMAS PIE 
9 inch baked crust (use recipe for Easy Pie Crust), cooled
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipped whipping cream
1 can cherry pie filling

Beat together until smooth the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Whip cream until stiff in separate bowl. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Put into cooled pie shell. Put cherry pie filling on top and chill.
