POOR MAN'S SALAD | |
1 can mushroom soup 1 lb. ground beef 3 average size onions (slices) 8 med.-lg. potatoes, washed & sliced Put potatoes and onions in two quart casserole dish. Pour soup over layered vegetables; season with salt and pepper. Top with uncooked ground beef. Cover with foil and bake until vegetables are done, about 1 hour at 350 degrees. 8 servings. |
