3 cans biscuits (30 biscuits) 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef Onion Catsup Cheese Crumb le fry ground beef with desired amount of chopped onion. Drain. Add enough catsup to moisten meat well. Stir. Overlap edges of 2 biscuits and roll out on lightly floured board until thin. Put tablespoonful of meat mixture on one side of rolled out biscuits and top with piece of cheese. Moisten edge of biscuit and pull other biscuit over top. Press edges together firmly. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Prepare remainder of biscuit. Makes 15 meat pies. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Wrap leftover pies in foil and reheat in oven. Still good! |
