MOIST AND HEARTY PICNIC CAKE 
1 pkg. (15.4 oz.) vanilla frosting

2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. prepared frosting mix
1 can (1 lb.) sliced peaches and juice

1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar

Combine and sprinkle over batter. Bake 40 minutes, 350 degrees. Thin remaining frosting with 2 tablespoons milk. Drizzle over cake.
