4 to 6 chicken breasts
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp cheese, shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 box seasoned croutons

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan slightly with no-stick spray. Layer turkey or chicken on bottom. Slightly boil broccoli until almost tender. Layer broccoli over chicken. Mix soup and mayonnaise in bowl and spread on broccoli. Put shredded cheese on top of soup mix. Sprinkle croutons on top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
