SPICY PEANUT PUMPKIN SOUP 
4 tbsp. butter
4 c. pumpkin puree
2 c. cooked, pureed sweet potatoes
1 c. smooth peanut butter
6 c. chicken broth
1/2 - 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Salt to taste
Chives for garnish
1/2 - 1 tsp. crushed red pepper

Melt butter in soup pot. Add pumpkin, sweet potatoes and peanut butter. Add stock, salt, red and black peppers. Simmer on low 15-20 minutes. Before serving, adjust seasoning and garnish with chives.
