NINFA'S AVOCADO SAUCE | |
1 ripe (soft to the touch) avocado 1/4 c. sour cream 1 c. milk 1 tsp. minced onion 1 clove garlic, mashed to a pulp mix with 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. dried cilantro or less 1/2 tsp. liquid hot pepper sauce 2-3 tbsp. lemon juice Peel avocado and mash to a smooth pulp. Add sour cream, milk, onion, garlic, cilantro, pepper sauce and lemon juice; blend in the blender. Let stand at least an hour in refrigerator before serving. |
