MOTHER'S TOMATO SOUP | |
1/4 bushel or 1 peck tomatoes, boiled and sieved 1 qt. carrots, cut up fine 2 stalks celery, cut up fine 6 onions, cut up fine 3 green peppers, cut up fine 1 or 2 cans peas (small) 1/2 c. salt, I use 1/4 c. 1 tsp. paprika 1 box ring macaroni, cooked Cook all separate until done. Drain and put with tomatoes that are sieved. Boil all together 10 minutes. Cold pack 10 to 15 minutes. Makes around 11 pints. |
