PEAR CAKE 
White batter cake mix
1 lb. can pear halves, undrained
2 egg whites
1 whole egg
10 oz. jar blackberry jelly

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Blend all ingredients except jelly. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour into Bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Melt jelly and spoon over cake. This is a delicious moist cake.
