CHICKEN PUFFS 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. flour
Dash of salt
1 egg
1/4 c. shredded cheese

Melt butter in boiling water. Add flour and salt. Cook and stir mixture until it forms a ball without separating. Remove from heat and cool. Add egg and beat until smooth. Stir in cheese and drop dough onto a greased baking sheet. (1 teaspoon of dough for each puff). Bake about 20 minutes and 400 degrees. Cool and split.

Combine and fill each puff with cooked or canned chicken, chopped pimento, pepper, mayonnaise and garlic salt to taste.

The puffs can be served cold or they can be warmed in the oven for a few minutes.
