1 stewed chicken, boned
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, cooked
2 cans undiluted cream of celery soup + 1/2 c. milk, heated
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. sherry
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Combine heated soup with mayonnaise, sherry and Worcestershire sauce. Arrange cooked broccoli in casserole dish and sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Arrange chicken over broccoli and sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Pour sauce over all and broil until brown and bubbly, about 5 minutes.
