NO KNEAD FEATHERBREAD ROLLS 
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
1 egg, beaten
2 1/2 c. sifted flour, plain

Scald milk and cool until lukewarm. Add yeast, butter, sugar, salt and egg. Gradually add flour and beat vigorously by hand until well mixed.

Spoon into muffin tins, well greased and let rise until double in size. Bake at 410 degrees for almost 15 minutes.
