BUCKWHEAT PANCAKES 
1 cake yeast
1/2 c. white flour
1/2 c. buckwheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Soak one cake of yeast in water, as for bread. At night mix as much as you wish in bowl with 1/2 cup white flour, 1/2 cup buckwheat flour. Let set in a warm place overnight, same as bread. In morning, add one teaspoon salt and one teaspoon baking soda dissolved in water. Bake same as other pancakes.
