1 lb. chopped meat
1 egg
1/4 c. bread crumbs

SAUCE:

1/2 c. water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. ketchup
:
1 onion, chopped (optional)

Combine water, lemon juice, sugar and ketchup in saucepan and bring to boil. Combine chopped meat, egg and bread crumbs and form into about 30 small meatballs. Add to sauce. Pour onion over everything. Cover and cook over low flame about 15 minutes.
