BAKED CHICKEN & STUFFING 
1 chicken (2 1/2-3 lb.)
1 can mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
1 pkg. Stove Top chicken stuffing mix
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Boil or bake chicken until tender. Remove from bones. Place in 1 quart baking dish. Mix soup and 2/3 cup evaporated milk. Pour over chicken. Mix stuffing mix and 1 cup evaporated milk. Spoon over chicken. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
