CARROT SALAD | |
1 pkg. lemon jello (prepared per package directions) 1 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. pineapple juice (from drained can) 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 c. pineapple, drained (save juice) 1 c. nuts, chopped 1 c. carrots, grated Chill jello, water, pineapple juice, and vinegar until slightly thickened. Add pineapple, nuts and carrots. Mix well; chill and serve with lettuce. |
