PERFECT POTTED MEAT POPOVERS | |
Makes a great appetizer or kid friendly snack! 1 (3 oz.) can potted meat 3 oz. block cheese (divided into 10 equal pieces) 1 tube refrigerator biscuits (10 count) pepper, to taste Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray non-stick cooking spray (Pam) into a 12 muffin pan. Place biscuits into each of the outside cups, leaving middle 2 empty for even baking. With fingers make a well in each biscuit, making sure to push some dough up the sides. Place small piece of cheese of your choice, into bottom of well in each biscuit. Now divide can of potted meat equally on, on top of cheese, add pepper now if desired. Pull opposing sides of biscuits up over filling, and pinch together. Bake at 425°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. Submitted by: Brynne Wright |
