CHOCOLATE WHIPPED CREAM 
1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. water
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. heavy cream

In small saucepan over low heat, stir chocolate pieces, honey, water and salt until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Cool completely.

In medium bowl beat cream until stiff peaks form. Gradually fold 3 tablespoons of the cream into the chocolate mixture. Then gradually fold chocolate mixture into the remaining whipped cream until blended.
