SPINACH QUICHE 
1 pkg. thawed Stouffers spinach souffle
2 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
3/4 c. cooked, crumbled Italian sweet sausage
3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 unbaked 9" pie shell

Mix all ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
