CRANBERRY-APPLE PIE 
Enough pie crust dough for a lattice-top pie
3 lg. eggs
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 bags cranberries
2 lbs. peeled and chopped apples
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. orange rind

Beat eggs with sugar. Add flour by tablespoons. Beat well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared pie crust. Top with lattice crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until filling is bubbly and crust is golden.
