FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix together. Press into pizza pan. Bake at 325 degrees until slightly brown. Cool.

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Whip together. Spread on cooled crust. Arrange thinly sliced fruit on top:

Cantaloupe
Kiwi
Bananas
Strawberries
Peaches (canned work best)

Any other fruits you think would go well.

GLAZE:

1 c. fruit juice
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice (helps preserve color)
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Cook until clear. Brush on fruit.
