ZESTY ITALIAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 env. spaghetti sauce mix
1 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. sour cream
8 oz. can refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in sauce mix and tomato sauce. Hat until hot and bubbly. Pour into ungreased 12x8 or 9x13 baking dish.

Combine Mozzarella cheese and sour cream. Spoon mixture over meat. Separate crescent dough into two rectangles. Place over cheese mixture.

Combine Parmesan cheese and butter; spread evenly over dough. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares.
