HOT DILL PICKLES 
1 qt. vinegar
2 qts. water
1 c. salt
Dill
Hot peppers
Bay leaf
Clove of garlic

Bring vinegar, water and salt to a boil. Wash cucumbers; pack in jars whole. Add dill, hot peppers, bay leaf and clove of garlic as desired to each jar. Cover with boiling brine and seal. Let set for 30 days before opening.
