QUICK CHEESE BREAD 
3 3/4 c. flour
5 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter
2 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk

Combine dry ingredients, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in cheese. Add combined milk and eggs, mixing just until moistened. Spoon into greased and floured 9 x 5" loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees, 1 hour. Remove from pan immediately.
