FIVE POUND FUDGE 
4 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1 jar marshmallow cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pkgs. chocolate or butterscotch chips

Bring sugar, milk and butter to a boil. Boil for 12-15 minutes. Remove from heat; add marshmallow cream, vanilla and chips. Stir until melted. Pour into greased or wax paper lined pan. Let set until hard. Cut into squares. Makes 5 lbs.
