2 stalks celery, chopped 3 green peppers, chopped 1 tbsp. onion flakes 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 3 bouillon cubes, chicken 3 bouillon cubes, beef 4 cubes water 1 (46 oz.) can V-8 3 c. French green beans 3 c. chopped cabbage 2 pkg. Sweet & Low Combine all ingredients in a soup pot. Cook over medium heat until celery is tender. Makes about a gallon. A great winter lunch. Keeps for several days in refrigerator. Serves 8. |
