MY FAVORITE LOW-CAL SOUP | |
1 whole chicken 1 (15 oz.) French style green beans, drained 2 onions, chopped 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots 3 packs Sweet & Low 1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice Boil chicken - de-skin, de-bone, and cut in bite size pieces. Put broth in refrigerator to cool several hours. Remove fat that comes to top. Put in large pot: Broth, chicken, and rest of ingredients. Season to taste. Bring to boil - cut down heat and simmer for 1 hour. |
