ORIGINAL GIRL SCOUT COOKIES 
6 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk

Cream softened butter and sugar in large bowl. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla. Mix well.

In separate bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder. Add slowly to creamed mixture, mixing well after each addition. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

When ready to bake, preheat oven at 375 degrees, spoon out enough to roll out on pastry board, and leave rest in refrigerator. Roll to 1/8 inch thickness and cut with cookie cutter. Bake at 375 degrees for 6-8 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Let cookie sheet cool before putting fresh dough on it.
