APPLESAUCE MUFFINS 
2 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. applesauce
1 egg
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. raisins
3 tbsp. oil

Combine Bisquick, sugar, spices and raisins. Blend together applesauce, oil and egg. Add liquid ingredients all at once to dry ingredients. mix only until dry ingredients are dampened. Do not over mix it will cause tunnels. Fill muffin pans about 3/4 full. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
