6 med. fresh mushrooms (optional)
2 tbsp. flour, heaping
2 tbsp. onion, grated
1/2 c. Jack cheese, grated
1/4 c. milk
Salt
Pepper

Put milk into skillet, get hot. Add onion. Stir in flour, mix with fork. Add cheese, salt, and pepper then add mushrooms.
