MUSHROOM CHEESE PIE 
3 tbsp. liquid butter
1 c. thinly sliced onions
1 1/2 lbs. fresh sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 lb. shredded Swiss cheese
1 deep dish pie crust
Cover crust

Saute onions in butter 2 minutes. Add mushrooms, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain.

Place 1/2 lb. shredded Swiss cheese and the mushroom mixture into a prepared deep dish pie crust. Cover with 2nd crust. Bake 375 degrees, 35-40 minutes. Serves 4-6.
