1 box devil's food cake mix
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 jar caramel flavored topping (12.25 oz. jar)
Dream Whip or Cool Whip or whipped cream (your choice)
Shaved chocolate from candy bar

Mix cake mix according to package directions. Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake according to package directions. Remove from oven and immediately prick with cake tester. Pour whole can of condensed milk and whole jar of topping over cake immediately. Let cool completely. Frost with choice of topping and then shavings from candy bar.
