EASY EGGLESS PUMPKIN BREAD | |
2 cups sugar 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin (or 1 3/4 cups) 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. clove 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking soda Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine sugar, oil, vanilla, pumpkin and spices in a large bowl. In separate bowl combine flour, salt and baking soda. Slowly blend dry ingredients to wet. Pour in 13x9-inch greased cake pan or Bundt pan. Bake at 350°F for 45 to 60 minutes. Submitted by: Amanda Burley |
