CHICKEN SOUP 
5 to 6 lbs. chicken
4 to 6 onions
1 pkg. carrots
1/2 pkg. celery
Parsley flakes
Peppercorns
Cloves
Salt
Pepper
1 to 2 bay leaves
Thyme
Basil
Egg noodles

Cut up chicken; remove skin and bones. Cook about 1/2 hour. Add all above ingredients (to taste) and simmer for at least 2 hours. Remove remaining skin, bones, peppercorns, cloves and bay leaf. Cook noodles and add (as needed) to hearty chicken - vegetable soup.
