PINEAPPLE ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 eggs
1 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded ground zucchini
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. dates, cut up
1 c. nuts

Stir well the eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla and add remaining ingredients. Grease and flour pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
