3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
5 whole eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. Smuckers strawberry preserves
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar

For Crust: Grease mini muffin pans put 1 teaspoon graham cracker crumbs in each.

Mix together all ingredients except for last 3 ingredients. Fill muffin tins about 3/4 full. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Take out. Mix sour cream and 1/4 cup sugar. Spread a small amount on each cup and add a drop of preserves in middle. Put back in oven for 5 minutes. Freezes well.
