BUFFALO-STYLE WINGS 
2 lbs. chicken wings (about 15)
Mazola no stick cooking spray
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1-3 tbsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Mazola cooking oil for frying wings

Remove and discard small tip of each wing. Cut wings into two pieces at the joint. Spray broiler pan rack with cooking spray.

Fry wings until brown, drain. Meanwhile, melt butter. Add hot sauce and salt; bring to a boil. Turn off heat. After wings are browned and drained, toss in sauce to coat well. Arrange wings on rack of a broiler pan and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 30 pieces.
